These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of any services offered at psychedelicintegrationcoach.pro. They are entered into with Kat Integration Coaching LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). Please read them carefully before making a purchase or booking a session.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy (available at psychedelicintegrationcoach.pro/privacy-policy). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or purchase our services.
2. About Our Services
Kat Integration Coaching LLC offers the following services:
- Preparation Programme — 3 sessions supporting intentional preparation before a significant or non-ordinary experience
- Integration Coaching Programme — 6 sessions supporting the integration of a profound or non-ordinary experience into everyday life
- Full Preparation + Integration Programme — 9 sessions combining full preparation and integration support
- Threshold Programme™ — 10 sessions over 10 weeks, a structured personal transformation coaching journey
- Group Integration Circle — facilitated group integration sessions held on a regular schedule
All sessions are conducted via secure encrypted video call. Full programme details are available on the website.
3. Scope of Practice — Important Notice
Psychedelic integration coaching and transformational coaching are coaching services only. They are not psychotherapy, clinical treatment, or medical advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for professional mental health support, medical care, or clinical treatment.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services. Coaching is not an appropriate or sufficient response to a mental health emergency.
Substance-related notice: we do not provide, recommend, source, or advise on the acquisition, preparation, dosage, or consumption of any psychedelic, controlled, or illegal substance. Nothing shared in any session, programme, or communication constitutes advice about such substances. All decisions regarding substance use are the sole responsibility of the individual.
4. Client Accounts
When you purchase a service through our website, a client account may be created for you through our booking and payment platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at kat@psychedelicintegrationcoach.pro if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method. All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
You will receive an order confirmation by email once payment is successfully processed. Please retain this confirmation as your proof of purchase.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 After-First-Session Guarantee — 1:1 Programmes
We want you to feel confident in your investment. If after your first session you feel the programme is not the right fit, you may cancel within 7 days of that session, provided the cancellation is received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled session. You will receive a refund of your full payment minus the cost of Session 1 as stated at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
This guarantee applies to the Preparation Programme, Integration Coaching Programme, and Full Preparation + Integration Programme. It does not apply to the Threshold Programme or Group Integration Circle.
6.2 Threshold Programme
If you withdraw from the Threshold Programme, here’s how you can cancel: after S1, the fee minus the value of the first session; after S3, the fee minus the value of three sessions; and after S4+, there’s no refund. Any remaining prepaid sessions will be refunded within 14 days of written notice of withdrawal.
6.3 Missed Sessions — 1:1 Programmes and Threshold Programme
If you miss a scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, that session is forfeited and non-refundable. If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule once within the programme period.
6.4 Group Integration Circle
Payment terms and refund conditions for the Group Integration Circle are as stated at the time of purchase and on the relevant booking page. Missed circle sessions cannot be refunded or carried forward. You will retain access to any session notes and supporting materials provided.
6.5 Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life is unpredictable. If you are facing exceptional circumstances that prevent you from attending or continuing with a service, please reach out to us at kat@psychedelicintegrationcoach.pro. We will do our best to find a fair solution.
7. Rescheduling
For all 1:1 and Threshold Programme sessions, you may request to reschedule by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is permitted once per session within the programme period. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to availability and at our discretion.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time.
Programme Completion Timeframe — 1:1 Programmes and Threshold Programme
All sessions are designed to be taken one per week in sequence, in line with the structure of each programme. Sessions must be used within the programme period plus a two-week grace period at the end. After the grace period, any unused sessions lapse and are non-refundable. If you require additional time beyond the grace period, a one-time two-week extension is available for a flat fee of $75, subject to practitioner availability. Extension requests must be made in writing to kat@psychedelicintegrationcoach.pro before the grace period expires. This policy applies to all 1:1 programmes and the Threshold Programme. It does not apply to the Group Integration Circle.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all information shared during coaching sessions as strictly confidential in accordance with professional coaching ethics. Session notes and summaries are stored securely and will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law or where there is a serious and credible risk of harm to you or another person.
Substance use disclosures: any information you share about past, planned, or current use of controlled substances is held in confidence within this coaching relationship. We do not report substance use to law enforcement or any regulatory authority. This confidence does not extend to situations involving imminent risk of harm.
Sessions may be transcribed using AI-assisted transcription tools, and session summaries may be generated with AI assistance. All such content is pseudonymised before processing and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Full details are set out at psychedelicintegrationcoach.pro/privacy-policy. Your consent to this is obtained in your coaching agreement before the first session.
For Group Integration Circle sessions, other participants will be present. We ask all group members to respect the confidentiality of what is shared, but we cannot guarantee the conduct of other participants.
9. Health and Safety
Our services are designed for individuals who are in a stable enough position to engage in a coaching relationship. Coaching is not crisis support and is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment.
If your circumstances change during our work together — for example, if you experience a significant deterioration in your mental health or wellbeing — you agree to inform us so we can discuss whether coaching remains appropriate. If at any point we have concerns about your safety or wellbeing, we reserve the right to pause or end our work together and, where appropriate, refer you to a more suitable source of support.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, programme materials, session resources, and proprietary frameworks — is the intellectual property of Kat Integration Coaching LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, adapted, or used without our prior written permission.
The Threshold Programme™ is a proprietary programme of Kat Integration Coaching LLC.
11. Limitation of Liability
Kat Integration Coaching LLC provides coaching services in good faith, drawing on professional training and evidence-informed frameworks. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Results vary between individuals and depend on many factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Kat Integration Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant service.
12. Privacy
Your use of this website and our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at psychedelicintegrationcoach.pro/privacy-policy. By purchasing our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are significant, we will notify active clients by email. Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are entered into by Kat Integration Coaching LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, and are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved first through good-faith discussion between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Arizona in accordance with applicable law.
